The defendant is engaged in the manufacture and installation of printing presses. Its corporate structure was 96,000 issued class A shares and 160,000 shares of common stock. It owed $4,500,000 first mortgage bonds due October 1, 1934, reduced to $3,171,000 by sinking fund payments, secured by a mortgage on the defendant's real estate, plant, machinery, and on the stock of a wholly owned subsidiary British corporation.
