This suit in equity was brought by the infant appellee, by next friend, against the receiver of the First National Bank of Chase City, Va., to recover the sum of $2,359.77. The bank suspended payment on October 10, 1931, on which date the receiver was appointed, and appellee seeks to recover this sum in priority to the general creditors upon the ground that the assets which came into the hands of the receiver were impressed with a trust in her...
