Howell, a receiver appointed by a Florida state court, from an order refusing to require federal receivers to deliver to him the Patricia Hotel, a mortgage on which was in course of foreclosure in the state court; and the other by J. M. Lee, as comptroller of the state of Florida, and his appointee M. A. Smith, as liquidator of Trust Company of Florida, from an order refusing...
