On February 2, 1921, A. Lincoln Rauch, trading as Continental Lumber Company, filed a proof of claim with the referee in the amount of $6,113 for damages arising from the breach by the bankrupt of an alleged contract to carry a quantity of lumber from Philadelphia to Barcelona...
