This appeal is from a final decree dismissing a bill for injunction to restrain the Secretary of the Interior from exercising authority or control over certain accumulated rents and royalties derived from a certain oil lease, inherited by appellant from a fullblood Indian allottee, in the state of Oklahoma, and for a mandatory order requiring the Secretary to release and turn over the funds to plaintiff or her guardian.
