The defendant attempted to prove his right to remain in this country by his own testimony and that of other witnesses to the effect that he was born in the United States in 1892 of parents resident in San Francisco, Cal. To this testimony the District Court gave no credence because of evidence of prior admissions by Lee Hee that he was born in China and first entered the United States in 1918 as a seaman.
