This is a suit in equity upon a patent for a process of plating metals with chromium. Infringement being established, the issues turn upon the validity of the patent, and that in turn upon whether it disclosed an invention. The judge held that it did, and gave a decree upon all the claims in suit; it is not necessary to consider the verbal variations between them, except, as appears hereafter, in regard to claim sixteen.
