The steamship Anaconda, belonging to the United States, took on a cargo of 600 tons of linseed oil in Rotterdam, all in good order and condition. When she arrived at New York, the oil in No. 2 tank was short and contaminated with water and the cargo in No. 4 tank was contaminated.
