On June 29, 1931, the receiver of the Routt Lumber Company, an alleged bankrupt, was directed by the trial court to take charge of all the assets of the Standard Planing Mill. From this order the Standard Planing Mill appeals. The order was based upon the conclusion that the alleged bankrupt corporation was so intimately related with the Standard Planing Mill and its business as to justify the court in concluding that they were in substance...
