Petitioner, David C. Stephenson, brings this action praying discharge from the custody of the warden of the Indiana State Prison, and alleging that he is unlawfully restrained of his liberty, and assigning numerous alleged reasons why his restraint is illegal. He complains of alleged errors committed in the trial of his case in the Hamilton circuit court, and, among other things, alleges that the Hamilton circuit court was without jurisdiction...
