Plaintiff-appellant is the owner by assignment from the Vaile-Kimes Company of a patent, No. 1,195,232, for an improvement in automatic cut-outs for electric motors, which was granted August 22, 1916, to said company as assignee of Hugh W. Kimes, applicant. It will be herein termed the Kimes patent. This action is brought against the Penn Electric Switch Company, appellee, for alleged infringement...
