Chan Nom Gee, alias Chan Bok Sik, 27 years of age, a native and citizen of the republic of China, was taken into custody without a warrant of arrest on July 17, 1930, at Tacoma, Wash., by an immigration inspector. He was held for several days, and during his detention he made voluntary statements to the immigration authorities. Thereafter he was removed to Seattle, where, on July 25, 1930, a complaint was filed against him before United States...
