This suit was brought by the Plate Ice Company, a North Carolina corporation, against the Fruit Growers' Express Company, known as the Car Line, a Delaware corporation, for breach of a contract of November 7, 1921, between the parties, whereby the ice company sold and agreed to deliver, and the Car Line purchased and agreed to accept, all the ice that it might require during the period ending October 31, 1926, for the icing of refrigerator cars...
