The substance of the petition in this respect is that the petitioner is a creditor of Inman, and entitled under the Bankruptcy Act (11 US CA) to file a petition; that Inman has less than twelve creditors; that he owes debts to the amount of $1,000 and over; that he is neither a wage-earner...
