Andrew Galatis and Albury & Company appeal from an adverse decree in admiralty. Andrew Galatis as master, with certain others as seamen, libeled the British vessel Miss Nassau for their wages. Albury & Company filed an intervening libel claiming a lien for advances and supplies furnished to the vessel.
