This was a suit by the trustee in bankruptcy of the Flintex Corporation to recover the proceeds of an insurance policy issued on the life of one Ralph L. Clements, deceased husband of appellant, and at one time an officer of the bankrupt corporation. At the time the policy was issued, the Flintex Corporation was named as the beneficiary therein; but at the time of the death of Clements his estate had been substituted as beneficiary.
