This is an appeal from a judgment against the United States upon a policy of war risk insurance. Substantially the only error assigned and argued is the action of the trial court in refusing to grant appellant's motion for a directed verdict upon the ground that plaintiff-appellee had failed to prove the existence of a permanent and total disability during the life of the contract sued upon.
