The plaintiff below sued and recovered damages for injuries sustained in a collision of an automobile, in which he was a passenger, with the automobile of the defendant. The only error assigned relates to the refusal of the trial court to direct a verdict for the defendant at the conclusion of all the evidence, upon the ground that the driver of the automobile in which plaintiff was riding was negligent...
