Appellee, who is not an Indian by blood, acquired a three-fourths interest in an Osage headright through the will of her husband, a member of the Osage Tribe, who died on February 21, 1923. Appellee was adjudged a bankrupt on October 28, 1929; at that time she was the owner of a five-twelfths interest in such headright.
