On September 6, 1924, the appellants Capek and Van Den Broecke filed their application in the United States Patent Office for a patent upon improvements in telephone systems. On September 4, 1925, the appellee, Levis, filed his application, which concededly covers the same subject-matter. An interference was declared. On this interference, Levis took testimony; the appellants, in their behalf, introduced certified copies of foreign patents...
