The Stanolind Oil & Gas Company appeals from a judgment obtained against it in an action to recover damages for negligently causing the death of Lillie Brown, who was fatally injured in an explosion of gas. One of the grounds of negligence alleged was that gas was permitted to escape from appellant's gas pipe line.
