Appellee was adjudicated bankrupt on June 29, 1925, and was discharged in that proceeding on October 16, 1925. He filed a second petition in bankruptcy on December 5, 1930, and was adjudged bankrupt the same day. He filed his second petition for discharge on November 16, 1931.
