This suit is before me upon final hearing. It is brought to recover a voidable preference. On April 26, 1931, the defendant sold three motor vehicles to the bankrupt doing business at Corbin in this district. The bankrupt paid down 10 per cent. of the purchase price and executed his promissory note for the balance payable six months thereafter.
