Complainant seeks to enjoin the defendants from enforcing chapters 252-A1 and 252-A2 of the Code of Iowa (sections 5105-a1 to 5105-a39 and 5105-a40 to 5105-a57), known as the Iowa Motor Carrier Law, on the ground that they are unconstitutional as against the business of complainant engaged in interstate traffic.
