On the 1st day of July, 1932, an involuntary petition was filed against the bankrupt. On July 9th, the bankrupt admitted bankruptcy, and attached its schedules. On July 14th the case was referred by the clerk to the referee under the standing rules. On the 15th of July the referee adjudicated and appointed a receiver.
