In these consolidated cases the government seeks to condemn under the act of Congress known as the Food and Drugs Act of June 30, 1906, as amended in 1912 (United States Code, title 21, §§ 1-15 [21 USCA §§ 1-15]), certain cartons containing bottles of a proprietary drug arbitrarily called "B. & M."
