This matter is before me upon a certificate of review from the referee in bankruptcy, R. Marion Ross.

The bankrupt was a merchant doing business in Rutherford county. On March 10, 1930, a representative of Bradstreet's seems to have called upon the merchant, now the bankrupt, for a statement of his financial condition, and, among other things, he told the reporter that he estimated his real estate to be valued at $20,000.
