The appeal in this case was taken from a decree of the District Court dismissing a bill of complaint which sought an injunction and an accounting for patent infringement. The patents in suit are United States patents to Skelton, No. 914,678 of March 9, 1909, and No. 1,240,503 of September 18, 1917.
