The New York Life Insurance Company brought its bill of interpleader under 28 USCA § 41 (26), in a District Court in Texas against Josephine E. Vogel, a citizen of Texas, as executrix of a will of Herman Specht probated in Texas, and against Theodore H. Thiesing, a citizen of New York, as agent, trustee and assignee of the executors of another will of Specht which had been set up in Hamburg, Germany...
