The plaintiff in this cause seeks an injunction, enjoining the enforcement of an order of the Railroad Commission fixing a flat rate of 45 cents per thousand cubic feet as a just and reasonable rate for the natural gas service which the plaintiff furnishes to consumers of natural gas in the city of Lexington.
