This is a bill brought to restrain the alleged infringement of patents for electric switches, as follows: No. 1,240,459, issued to Klein, September 18, 1917; No. 1,651,035, issued to Meuer, November 29, 1927 (hereinafter called "first Meuer patent"); and No. 1,783,665, issued to Meuer, December 2, 1930 (hereinafter called "second Meuer patent").
