Appellant, Robert E. Grace, brought a suit in equity against appellees L. B. Tannehill, the Tannehill Oil Company, a corporation, M. R. Kiser, Ralph G. Fleming, and H. B. Hibbard, to establish his ownership of a one-sixth interest in certain oil leases on lands in Texas, in the vicinity of Albany, and to have the property impressed with a trust in his favor.
