If the testimony of one witness is sufficient in a case of this kind, there was no error in denying the motion for a directed verdict, since Korn's testimony would be evidence on which the jury could find that the affidavit of the defendant and his testimony in the naturalization proceeding must have been false in respect to material matters. There was no corroboration of Korn except in so far as the evidence...
