Appellee brought suit to enjoin appellant from engaging in the milk and ice cream business in the city of Chicago, or at any point within fifty miles of the city limits. Its asserted right to the injunction was based upon a restrictive contract entered into by appellee's predecessor and the Broxham Dairy Company and a supplemental agreement which was subscribed to by the appellant, as stockholder.
