This suit is one in equity, brought by Leonora Johnson, appellant, under section 57 Judicial Code (28 USCA § 118), to remove a cloud upon title to certain United States bonds and treasury certificates of the value of approximately $15,000, to which she claims ownership by virtue of an alleged gift causa mortis from her sister Emma Dalton. Appellees are Lula Ruyle, sister of appellant and of Emma Dalton, deceased, and Reecy E. Goodballet...
