Armstrong, receiver of the First National Bank of Jonesboro, Ark., appointed by the Comptroller of the Currency to collect and requisition an assessment made August 10, 1926, on the defendant H. H. McAdams, the alleged owner of 306 shares of the stock of that bank of the par value of $25 each, for his double liability to the creditors of that bank under section 5151, Revised Statutes, as amended (12 USCA § 63).
