This is an appeal from an interlocutory decree denying a motion for a temporary injunction restraining the further prosecution of a suit brought by the appellee against Southwest Tampa storm sewer drainage district to collect an amount alleged to be due under the terms of written instruments purporting to be bonds of that district.
