Hoskins sued the city of Orlando at law to recover two annual installments of $10,000 each, with interest, claimed to be due on a purchase from him of a ninety-nine year lease on certain real estate in the city. His declaration was dismissed on general demurrer, and he appeals. The declaration has attached as Exhibits A, B, D, and C, respectively, a copy of the lease, its assignment by the first lessee to the plaintiff, a contract between plaintiff...
