Abe I. De Roy, June 18, 1929, made application for two life insurance policies from defendant, in the sum of $10,000 each. Policies were delivered to him in pursuance of his applications. He paid the premium thereon and died September 23, 1929. Due proofs of death were made by the plaintiff, the beneficiary named in each of the policies, who was his wife.
