In the court below Blaw-Knox Company, the owner of patent No. 1,571,544, granted February 2, 1926, to Garlinghouse and Venable for a measuring device for bulk materials, charged the Erie Steel Construction Company with infringement of claims 1 to 7, inclusive, and claim 8, thereof.
