These two cases were tried together. In each the complainant seeks to avoid policies of life insurance issued on the life of Barnet Drooker. In No. 3282 the policies involved were made payable to the children of the insured, who are named as respondents. In No. 3295 they were payable to his estate, and the executors are respondents. In both suits complainant alleges false representations by Drooker in his applications for the insurance, and...
