PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from an order of the trial court denying a petition for writ of habeas corpus. The sole question presented is whether or not the second count of the indictment states any federal offense.

The appellant was sentenced upon two counts, but has served the sentence imposed on one. He is now serving a ten-year sentence imposed under the second count, which charges that he had in his possession a certain forged government obligation...
