This appeal has for its object the reversal of the decree of the court below which refused to enforce by injunction two restrictive covenants, under one of which each defendant agreed that "he would not for a period of one year, immediately after the termination of this contract, either for himself or for any other person, firm or corporation, either directly or indirectly, sell or attempt to sell any aluminum cookware, or solicit the purchase...
