This is an appeal by the receiver of the failed First National Bank of New Bern, N. C., from a decree holding that the funds coming into his hands were charged with a trust in favor of the complainant, Charles J. Brinson, to the extent of $3,964.60, and directing that he pay this amount to complainant from such funds.
