Appellants were jointly indicted in an indictment containing four counts, the first charging conspiracy to possess, transport, and sell intoxicating liquor, the second charging transportation of 150 gallons of alcohol, the third charging possession of 150 gallons of alcohol in an automobile, and the fourth charging possession of 114 gallons of alcohol in a chicken coop.
