This is an appeal by the city of St. Paul from an order dismissing its appeal to the District Court from the awards of the commissioners made in condemnation proceedings. On June 14, 1929, the United States of America filed a petition in the lower court for the condemnation of certain lands located in the city of St. Paul as a post office site.
