Appellant (plaintiff below) is the trustee in bankruptcy of the Arkansas Rice Growers' Co-operative Association, an incorporated co-operative marketing association formed by rice growers in Arkansas under acts of the General Assembly of that state. Prange Brothers Company was a member of this association. Appellee Gleason was the holder of mortgages on the rice crops of Prange Brothers Company.
