These three suits were tried and decided together, and the appeals were taken and argued at the same time. They concern three patents issued to Joseph Sachs, and all cover devices for housing electrical switches and fuses, and their wiring. The first was to keep inclosed against interference by unauthorized persons everything except the fuses which lead from an electrical meter to the fixtures which consume the current.
