The appellants, plaintiffs below, brought this action in the district court of Carter county, Okl., against individual defendants and their successors, to recover certain interests claimed to have been inherited in an allotment, and they sought the cancellation of deeds and an oil and gas lease, together with an accounting of rents and profits.
