The Banna Manufacturing Company was a corporation organized under the laws of South Carolina engaged in operating a cotton mill at Goldville in that state. In the years 1919 and 1920 its outstanding capital stock was $248,300 divided into 2,483 shares of the par value of $100 each, and consisted of three classes...
